We were asked to create an email engine that would integrate with the client’s existing CRM system and database, adhere to internal processes and allow marketing teams to broadcast emails using flexible templates
And so, we got to know our Baillie Gifford workflow and audit trail onions. Then we basically did what we were asked to do with the minimum of fuss and a modicum of panache.
We also added some value with a new sign-up process and account creation facility that helped to deliver higher quality registrations and more accurate tracking of subscriber preferences.
And the result was…
The marketing team can now independently create, broadcast and monitor email communications.
Database registrations have increased from by over 300% since launch.
